Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of MHDS, Inc. is compiled of an array of local professionals and family members who are committed to advancing the services of MHDS, Inc. The Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis, and is involved in all aspects of the agency and the day to day operations.
Jimmy Duke – Board Chairman, Finance Committee Member. Jimmy Duke has served as the Board Chairman since 2006. Jimmy is married to wife Judy, and they have 2 children. Jimmy and his wife have a daughter with Down's Syndrome, which enhances his passion and personal investment into the management of the organization.
