Services
MHDS, Inc. offers a wide range of Services to persons with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. Services include Day Services, Residential Care and Personal Assistance, Workshop and Employment Opportunities, and Family Support Services to those who qualify. Services must be have prior approval through the Division of Intellectual Disabilities (DIDS).
Individuals who are currently being served by another Medicaid Waiver provider agency through DIDS may make a referral for MHDS, Inc. services through their Independent Support Coordinator, or by contacting Christy Cochran, Assistant Executive Director, at 731-664-0855.
Individuals who have never received services from an approved Medicaid Waiver provider through the Division of Intellectual Disabilities (formerly Division of Mental Retardation) should contact the Referral Hotline or their local DIDS office.
